A recent survey carried out by County Homesearch, a UK-based independent network of home finders, has found out that 57 per cent of people would attempt to bargain down the price of a property if it had low energy efficiency due to things like a lack of double glazing. This is why it has never been as important to get double glazing in Leeds and double glazing in Bradford installed, as without it you may in fact be over valuing the price of your property, hence the reason why you are struggling to sell it!
